WE’RE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS

Muse Outfitters | Gandhinagar, Gujarat

We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee our Warehouse Operations & Purchase Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse & purchase operations
• Lead a team of up to 10 staff members — assign daily responsibilities, monitor attendance & productivity, resolve day-to-day issues and ensure accountability
• Oversee purchasing, vendors & inventory planning
• Ensure timely inward, packing and dispatch
• Maintain stock accuracy & inventory control
• Vendor negotiation & cost control
• Improve operational processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong people-management & leadership skills
• Fashion/apparel/e-commerce experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Excel & inventory management

Location : Gandhinagar | Full-time
