General Manager

LIME Painting is hiring a full-time General Manager.

This is more than a traditional management role. As General Manager, you’ll lead the Northern Colorado location, develop and hold a team of Account Managers and a Production Manager accountable to performance, drive the day-to-day operational rhythm of the business, and produce personally through sales and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers and the Production Manager
• Drive personal sales production through consultations, proposals, and closing projects
• Manage team pipelines, performance, goals, and accountability
• Lead weekly team meetings and maintain the operational rhythm of the location
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
• Build community, referral, and client relationships that generate new business
• Oversee day-to-day operations and work directly with production teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Track and report business performance and results to ownership

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of management or operations experience with a demonstrated personal sales or production track record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Compensation: Variable income structure with compensation tied to personal production and overall location performance.
