General Manager – Resort | Job Description

• Oversee overall resort operations, including rooms, restaurant, events and guest services.
• Lead and manage staff to ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
• Handle sales, revenue, budgeting and daily operational activities.
• Manage vendor coordination, maintenance and administrative functions.
• Drive business growth, occupancy and event bookings.
• Ensure smooth operations, safety and compliance across the resort.
• Experience in hotel/resort management preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
