General Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/senior leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end business operations, driving business development, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, consumer goods, retail, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L, budgeting, cost control, KPI, and operational excellence.
• Experience in managing and handling projects from planning to execution and completion.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support business expansion.
• Take overall responsibility for business performance, revenue, profitability, P&L, and KPI achievement.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies and operational excellence.
• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring targets are met.
• Drive productivity, cost efficiency, quality improvement, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and clients, while providing strategic insights and recommendations to top management.
