Job summary

The General Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for the commercial, operational and customer performance of the wellness resort and lifestyle facility, comprising accommodation, restaurant and food & beverage operations, events and experiences, wellness offerings and associated facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional hospitality qualification and/or an MBA is advantageous.
• Typically 10–15 years' experience, including significant senior management experience in hospitality, resorts, lifestyle destinations or comparable customer-facing businesses.
• Demonstrable P&L ownership and commercial growth experience.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams such as accommodation, F&B, events, wellness or leisure is highly desirable.
• Experience building or repositioning a hospitality or lifestyle destination is strongly preferred.
• Ability to build and empower management teams.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Resilience and adaptability.
• Innovative and opportunity-oriented.
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining appropriate escalation to the Group CEO.
