General Manager

GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVES

The General Manager shall:

• Develop and execute strategic plans that support Yoshimeatsu's growth and long-term sustainability.
• Monitor overall business performance through financial and operational analytics.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Oversee the development and improvement of products, services, dining concepts, and business processes.
• Review financial performance and prepare business proposals for management decision-making.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, markets, and expansion initiatives.
• Ensure that all departments and business units are aligned with company objectives.
• Establish measurable business targets and ensure accountability for results.
• Strengthen Yoshimeatsu's competitive position within the food and restaurant industry.
• Provide management with timely, accurate, and strategic recommendations.

STRATEGIC BUSINESS DIRECTION

The General Manager shall provide overall direction in the development and execution of the company's strategic business plans.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop annual and long-term strategic business plans in coordination with the President/Executive Management.
• Translate corporate goals into departmental and business-unit objectives.
• Establish strategic priorities based on market conditions, financial performance, customer behavior, and organizational capabilities.
• Develop business strategies for:
• Revenue growth
• Profitability improvement
• Market expansion
• Store expansion
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Brand development
• Product development
• Operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of General Manager experience or similar role
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
