GENERAL MANAGER – LUXURY ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT

We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished General Manager to lead a large-scale, five-star Luxury All-Inclusive Resort in Türkiye through its next stage of positioning and growth.

The property is a 500+ room beachfront resort, operating with a strong family-driven concept, and forms part of a comprehensive destination complex featuring an 18-hole golf course and a convention center.

The successful candidate will bring significant international luxury hospitality experience, combined with a strong track record of managing large-scale, complex resort operations, ideally within luxury all-inclusive environments.

This opportunity requires more than operational excellence. We are looking for a sophisticated, internationally exposed hospitality leader with strong commercial acumen, an exceptional understanding of luxury guest experience and a genuine passion for gastronomy, F&B, banqueting, wine, spirits and contemporary lifestyle hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the resort, with full responsibility for operational and financial performance

• Lead a complex 500+ room luxury all-inclusive resort operation, ensuring consistently high service standards across all guest touchpoints

• Lead Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations, Spa, Recreation, Entertainment and other key functions to consistently deliver international luxury service standards

• Develop and execute the resort’s operational and commercial strategy in alignment with ownership objectives

• Drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiency across the property

• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and key performance indicators including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and GOP

• Build a distinctive and internationally competitive luxury guest experience while maintaining the operational excellence required within a high-volume all-inclusive environment

• Further develop the resort’s family-driven concept, creating differentiated experiences and service standards for families, children and multi-generational travellers

• Lead the development and continuous evolution of the resort’s F&B and lifestyle proposition, including restaurants, bars, lounges, beach concepts and in-room dining

• Bring a sophisticated understanding of international gastronomy, wine, whisky, spirits, cocktails and premium beverage programmes, ensuring that the resort’s offering reflects contemporary global luxury standards

• Develop the resort’s banqueting, events and special-occasion offering, combining operational excellence with distinctive culinary and service experiences

• Leverage the wider destination offering, including the 18-hole golf course and convention center, to strengthen the overall guest proposition and commercial potential of the resort

• Support the creation of destination dining concepts capable of attracting both hotel guests and external clientele

• Work closely with Executive Chefs, F&B leadership and external partners to continuously evolve culinary concepts and guest experiences

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management teams to strengthen positioning across international and high-end leisure markets

• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing, multicultural senior leadership team and foster a strong luxury service culture

• Maintain close communication with ownership and provide clear insight into operational and commercial performance

• Contribute an operational and guest-experience perspective throughout the property’s transformation and renovation period

• Lead the resort successfully into its next phase following the transformation

Candidate Profile

• Significant senior leadership experience within five-star luxury hotels or resorts

• Previous General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior Resort leadership experience within a large-scale, 500+ room operation or a resort of comparable operational complexity

• Strong international luxury hospitality experience, with exposure to internationally recognised hospitality brands, destinations and service standards

• Proven experience within luxury all-inclusive resort environments will be highly valued

• Experience managing complex beachfront resort operations with extensive F&B, leisure, entertainment and family-oriented facilities

• Strong understanding of family-driven luxury hospitality concepts, including the expectations of families and multi-generational international travellers

• Strong understanding of international luxury travellers and evolving expectations within the high-end hospitality segment

• Demonstrated commercial and P&L leadership, with strong command of revenue, profitability and operational KPIs

• Particularly strong F&B and banqueting orientation, with an appreciation for gastronomy and contemporary restaurant concepts

• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in wine, whisky, premium spirits and international beverage culture

• Awareness of leading international restaurants, bars, hotels, beach clubs and lifestyle hospitality concepts, with the ability to translate global trends into relevant resort experiences

• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural organisations and develop senior talent

• Strategic, hands-on and highly guest-focused leadership style

• Excellent command of English; additional languages would be an advantage

Beyond being an accomplished hotel operator, we are looking for a globally minded luxury resort leader who understands the complexity of delivering an elevated guest experience within a large-scale, luxury all-inclusive environment.

Someone who understands how to combine luxury with scale; who can create memorable experiences for families and multi-generational travellers while maintaining sophisticated service standards; and who is comfortable discussing everything from guest journey and service culture to gastronomy, banqueting, wine lists, whisky and spirits selections, restaurant concepts and destination dining.

The ideal candidate will combine commercial discipline, sophisticated F&B and lifestyle awareness, international guest understanding, family-resort expertise and inspirational people leadership.
