General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee administration, statutory coordination, legal matters, and office operations. The role requires strong coordination with government authorities, lawyers, CHA, Directors, and internal teams. The candidate will also be responsible for financial records, reporting, documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the general administration and day-to-day operations of the Chennai office.

2. Liaise with Labour Office, ESI Office, PF Office, and other statutory authorities as required.

3. Maintain petty cash for Bhuwalka Associates, Chennai, including preparation of cash and bank statements and submitting monthly reports to the concerned management.

4. Maintain and manage BSIL / Confab cash expenses and related records.

5. Coordinate and interact with CHA (Customs House Agent) for import-related activities of VRPL/BCFL, as and when required.

6. Coordinate with lawyers and legal consultants regarding the company's court cases and legal matters.

7. Coordinate and communicate with Directors regarding various company matters as and when required.

8. Handle administrative coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and other responsibilities assigned by management.
