What they need
The General Manager Position must be a highly motivated , self driven individual. The job requires making sure the guest comes first. Create , implement and maintain labor schedules/staffing/ training. Must oversee the entire business handling daily operations and financial management. control inventory variances and ordering .
Pay based on experience, 1 week vacation after one year , 2 weeks after 2 years. Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses.
