We are a locally owned and operated Paris Baguette franchise committed to delivering premium baked goods, artisan breads, handcrafted beverages, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our bakery café and grow with our organization.

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and financial performance of the bakery café. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire the team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintain operational excellence, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily bakery café operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Coach and mentor assistant managers and shift leaders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, food cost, and operating expenses.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Paris Baguette operating standards.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and store appearance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and community relationships.
• Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant, bakery, café, or quick-service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience with Paris Baguette is highly preferred.
• Multi-unit or franchise management experience.
• Experience opening new restaurant or bakery locations.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish, Chinese, or Korean) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory.
• Proven ability to build and lead successful teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
