About the Role

Hendre Hall is seeking an experienced, proactive Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our coffee shop, restaurant, and campsite in beautiful Llwyngwril, Snowdonia.

Our campsite operates seasonally from March to October, while our popular coffee shop and restaurant run all year round. We are offering a full-time, 5-day-a-week role, ideally suited to someone looking to live on-site with a free pitch included.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Bookings: Handling reservations and customer inquiries for both the campsite and dining facilities.

Reception & Office Management: Overseeing daily office administrative tasks, guest communications, and administrative workflows.

Greeting Guests: Providing a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to campsite visitors and restaurant/coffee shop diners.

Facility & Park Cleaning: Ensuring all general campsite facilities, reception areas, and communal spaces remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

General Site Support: Undertaking any additional duties necessary to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the campsite and hospitality venues.

Key Requirements

Experience: Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality, catering (coffee shop/restaurant), or holiday park/campsite environments.

Availability: Ready for an immediate start.

Flexibility: Willingness to work 5 days a week, including weekends and busy holiday periods.

Hands-on Approach: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a customer-first attitude.
