General Manager – Luxury Retail

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 + Quarterly Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Store is open Wednesday–Sunday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-end specialty retail showroom in Costa Mesa. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has experience managing a premium retail environment, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day showroom operations and business performance
• Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store goals
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience
• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
• Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve performance
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, visual standards, and operational procedures
• Maintain a polished showroom environment and high service standards
• Partner with leadership on business initiatives and growth strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, furniture, or other high-touch specialty retail
• Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong business and operational acumen
• Comfortable working a Wednesday–Sunday retail schedule
• Polished, professional, and highly results-oriented
