General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing heavy collision repair and refinishing facility. We specialize in RV, truck and trailer collision repair, body work and refinishing. We are looking for a proven collision-industry professional who can take ownership of the operation and help build a high-performing team.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including:

• Managing daily shop operations and production Hiring, training, supervising and terminating employees when necessary
• Managing technicians, body technicians, painters, estimators and office personnel Writing and reviewing collision repair estimates
• Working directly with insurance companies, adjusters and representatives Managing insurance claims from initial estimate through supplements and final payment
• Parts sourcing, ordering and inventory management Scheduling jobs and maintaining efficient workflow
• Monitoring repair quality and completion times Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
• Handling customer service issues professionally Managing vendors and supplier relationships
• Monitoring labor efficiency, job profitability and shop performance Maintaining a clean, organized and professional facility
• Helping develop procedures and systems as the business grows

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Collision repair experience is REQUIRED.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a:

• Collision Center General Manager
• Body Shop Manager
• Collision Manager
• Collision Estimator/Manager
• Heavy Truck or RV Collision Manager

Applicants should have strong working knowledge of:

• Collision estimating Insurance claims and supplements
• Insurance company procedures
• Parts procurement
• Body and paint repair processes
• Shop workflow and production management
• Hiring and employee management
• Customer service
• Quality control
• Profitability and cost management

Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell or similar estimating/management software is strongly preferred.

Experience with heavy trucks, RVs, commercial vehicles or trailers is a major plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
