Lead the Jittery Joe’s Coffee Team as Our General Manager in Watkinsville, GA!

Jittery Joe’s Coffee in Watkinsville is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team and ensure every customer leaves with a smile (and their favorite cup of coffee). What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations and the heart of our cafe. Here’s what your role will include:

• Lead and Inspire: Hire, train, and manage a small team of 12-16 staff members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Hands-On Leadership: Spend approximately 25 hours/week behind the bar, brewing coffee and connecting with customers.
• Management Duties: Dedicate 10-15 hours/week to inventory management, scheduling, deposits, weekly reports, and placing weekly orders.
• Create a Positive Atmosphere: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff, ensuring compliance with Health Department guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent decision-making and communication skills to handle challenges with ease.
• Stay Organized: Keep everything running smoothly with your attention to detail and organizational skills.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (2 years of cafe or restaurant experience is preferred but not required!).
• Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and loves working with people.
• Excels at customer service and communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
• Is ready to commit to a 35-40 hour workweek.
