Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) to oversee overall business operations, team performance, sales growth, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, decision-making, and operational management skills with the ability to drive business performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualification & Experience

• BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience
• Experience in Tiles, Granite, Building Materials, Retail, Trading, or related industry preferred
• Proven experience in team handling, sales management, and business operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall business operations and performance.
• Lead, guide, and monitor departmental teams to achieve business goals.
• Drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop business strategies and ensure effective implementation.
• Review reports, monitor KPIs, and make business decisions based on performance.
• Ensure proper coordination between departments and maintain smooth workflow.
