General Manager

Lead PHirst’s next growth chapter across Mindanao.

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is looking for a commercially sharp, people-first General Manager to build a high-performing regional sales engine from Davao. This is a true scale leadership role: you will lead 5 Sales Directors, each leading 5 Sales Managers, each leading 5 Sales Executives — 125 field sales professionals in total — while owning the region’s growth agenda.

What you’ll own

• Set the Mindanao sales strategy and translate it into clear, measurable regional plans.

• Lead, coach, and develop 5 Sales Directors; create the operating rhythm that helps every director and team perform at their best.

• Build a strong talent pipeline across 25 Sales Managers and 125 Sales Executives through disciplined hiring, onboarding, coaching, and succession planning.

• Own forecasting, pipeline health, conversion, productivity, and revenue performance across the region.

• Partner closely with Marketing, Project Development, Finance, Customer Experience, and Operations to turn market insight into growth.

• Strengthen channel, broker, and community relationships while protecting PHirst’s customer promise and brand standards.

• Bring a data-informed, customer-first approach to decisions — balancing pace, quality, and sustainable performance.

What success looks like in your first 12 months

• A clear and executable Mindanao growth plan with strong visibility on pipeline, productivity, and results.

• A consistently coached leadership bench and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition.

• Stronger sales execution across Davao and key Mindanao markets, with repeatable best practices that can scale.

• High-quality customer experiences from first conversation through reservation and turnover.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of progressive commercial or sales leadership experience; real estate, property, banking, consumer, retail, or other multi-site field sales experience is highly valued.

• At least 5 years leading senior sales leaders and large, distributed teams.

• A proven record of delivering growth through strategy, forecasting discipline, talent development, and operational excellence.

• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and comfort using data to make decisions.

• An inspiring, hands-on leader who develops people, sets high standards, and earns trust.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Preferably based in Davao, with the flexibility to travel throughout Mindanao as business needs require.
