As General Manager, you will lead a high-volume airport Starbucks location, inspiring and developing a team that consistently delivers outstanding service, operational excellence, and world-class beverage quality.

This role is responsible for driving business results through strong leadership, talent development, and a customer-first mindset. The General Manager oversees all aspects of café operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory management, food and beverage quality, financial performance, and adherence to Starbucks standards. Success in this role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops people, and creates a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and genuine customer connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering the Starbucks Experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach partners to achieve operational and guest service excellence.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, accountability, and continuous development.
• Ensure consistent execution of Starbucks beverage, food, safety, and service standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and meaningful service interactions.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless execution during peak business periods.
• Manage labor, inventory, ordering, waste, and operating expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze business trends, sales performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, security, and company policies.
• Create schedules that support business needs while promoting partner engagement and productivity.
• Lead by example on the floor, maintaining a positive presence and supporting the team during high-volume periods.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while building long-term brand loyalty.
