General Manager

JOB SUMMARY;

The General Manager (GM) of Haulage is a senior executive responsible for directing the strategic operations, fleet management, and financial profitability of our heavy goods transportation division.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

} Fleet & Operational Excellence:Direct daily dispatch operations, maximizing route efficiency, minimizing deadhead miles, and maintaining peak capacity utilization across the haulage fleet.

} Financial & P&L Accountability: Manage the full division budget, strictly controlling operational expenditures (OpEx) including fuel, driver costs, maintenance, and third-party logistics (3PL) expenses**.**

} Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce uncompromising adherence to transport regulations, cargo security standards, weight limits, and driver hours-of-service (HoS) tracking to ensure a zero-incident culture**.**

REQUIREMENTS;

} Must reside in Benin city.

} Must stay/close to agbor road B/C.

} Must understand accounting.

} Experience in construction, haulage, logistics and project management.

QUALIFICATION;

} Minimumqualification: HND/BSC IN ENGINEERING OR ACCOUNTING.

} Experience: 3 years.

REMUNERATION: 200,000

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
