We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations, team management, guest experience and business performance of the property.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of Singh Empire, ensuring smooth operations across hotel, restaurant and banquet functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational and people-management skills, along with a customer-focused and business-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, restaurant and banquet facilities.

• Coordinate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and hospitality.

• Handle VIP guests and resolve guest complaints professionally.

• Lead, train and motivate the hotel team.

• Monitor staff performance, discipline and service standards.

• Oversee restaurant, F&B and banquet operations.

• Monitor food quality, food cost, wastage and inventory.

• Drive room, restaurant and banquet revenue.

• Develop relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.

• Monitor budgets, expenses and overall profitability.

• Manage vendors, procurement and operational supplies.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and statutory requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections, meetings and staff briefings.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and revenue.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management preferred.

• Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant or banquet operations.

• Candidates with experience as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Resident Manager, F&B Manager or General Manager will be preferred.

• Experience managing multiple hospitality departments will be an advantage.
