Your Role

• Train, coach team members to deliver “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations, follow up regularly with staff
• Take direction, feedback from Senior Management
• Conduct interviews, assist with hiring new staff
• Create weekly schedules for team
• Open, close restaurant independently (key holder responsibilities)
• Reconcile cash deposits accurately
• Place orders, perform inventory counts
• Address guest concerns, ensure satisfaction

What We are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
• Passion for food, hospitality
• Food Handler Certified (or willing to certify)
• Availability for mixed shifts: evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to stay composed in fast‑paced environment
• Strong organizational, multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable standing long periods, working in hot kitchen environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
