General Manager

The Chief of Staff to the President – Corporate & Legal Affairs serves as a trusted strategic partner and representative of the President in executive and management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in EXCOM/MANCOM and executive meetings.
• Provide strategic, legal, and business recommendations to the President.
• Represent the President in designated meetings and discussions.
• Evaluate critical issues and make sound decisions within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure proper execution of executive directives.
• Review major contracts, corporate matters, policies, and business risks.
• Lead special projects and handle confidential executive matters.
• Serve as a key escalation point for critical organizational concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Management, or related field.
• Lawyer / Bar Passer preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in executive, corporate, legal, or strategic management.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Experience working directly with President/CEO/C-level executives is highly preferred.
• High level of integrity, discretion, maturity, and sound judgment.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
