A reputed Luxury Boutique Hotel in East Africa offering premium hospitality and personalized guest experiences. The hotel is a 30-key independent property focused on delivering high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Role & responsibilities: -

• Manage overall hotel operations and day-to-day activities.
• Lead and manage Food & Beverage operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop local teams.
• Build a strong and high-performing team culture.
• Manage hotel standards, policies, and compliance.
• Handle guest relations and resolve operational issues proactively.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Preferred candidate: -

• Hotel Management Graduate.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in medium-sized hotels.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a boutique or independent hotel.
• Strong F&B Operations background is mandatory.
• Strong experience in hotel operations and guest management.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, and developing local teams.
• Africa experience preferred.
