WHAT YOU WILL DO:

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & BRAND STEWARDSHIP

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations in alignment with corporate and Ace Hotel brand standards and style.
• Serve as the primary on-property Ace Hotel brand contact and representative both internally and externally.
• Act as the top-level contact for international guest relations and advocate for exceptional service standards.
• Conduct regular internal inspections of the hotel to ensure assets are well-maintained, protected, and visually/stylistically consistent with brand expectations.

STRATEGY & FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

• Maximize profitability and return on investment for owners by executing operational business strategies and departmental plans.
• Prepare, present, and manage annual budgets, financial plans, expenditure controls, and weekly payroll performance.
• Actively participate in weekly revenue meetings, providing operational insights into pricing, room strategy, and upgrade opportunities.
• Analyze operational data to set ambitious goals, targets, and departmental balanced scorecards.

LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Provide inspirational leadership by motivating, guiding, and empowering direct reports and their teams.
• Partner with the HR Manager to lead recruiting, hiring, succession planning, and staff development.
• Implement a continuous rhythm of coaching, real-time feedback, and annual performance reviews to support high-potential team members.

COMMUNICATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Serve as the primary liaison to the home office (Atelier Ace), participating in company activities and corporate initiatives as required.
• Oversee the voice of the hotel across Sales, Marketing, Events, Programming, and Media in collaboration with Atelier Ace.
• Partner with Atelier PR as the primary on-property press contact.
• Lead daily lineups, weekly operations meetings, and morning stand-ups to maintain transparent communication across all departments.
• Participate actively in community relations and international industry organizations.

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SAFETY

• Create a guest-responsive culture that addresses feedback and resolves complaints effectively to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Regularly interface with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff, verifying that incidents are thoroughly investigated and documented.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Relevant and successful leadership experience in Hotel Management (especially Front of House, Housekeeping, and Operations) within a service- and quality-centric environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Atelier Ace culture, initiatives, and brand ethos.
• Native-level Greek fluency (spoken and written) and fluent English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Food & Beverage operations.
• Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Opera POS, and modern hotel management systems.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget preparation, complex mathematical calculations, and payroll oversight.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule as dictated by operational demands.
