Sales and Growth

  • Achieve top-tier performance metrics, including revenue, memberships, paid sessions, contacts, merchandise sales, and lead generation.
  • Develop ways to attain more membership sales through managing Trainers and managing their schedules, including adding additional trainers.
  • Lead and implement initial and ongoing sales drivers, including events, corporate outreach, and gym promotions.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment with teamwork across departments, ensuring uplifting experiences for both clients and team members.
  • Submit daily scorecards and key performance metric reports to the CEO.
  • Actively participate in the lead management processes.
  • Exceed DOGPOUND's sales and operational budget goals through strategic planning and execution.

Member Focus

  • Maintain close member relationships while not distracted from management requirements.
  • Train members once or twice a week only.

Personnel Management

  • Provide leadership by supporting the development, training, and performance of the Sales Team and Trainers.
  • Management of all gym personnel, including recruiting, hiring, reviewing, disciplining, and managing employees leaving the company.
  • Lead and actively engage in all required monthly meetings.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet gym demand while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Host weekly staff meetings and conduct one-on-one quarterly reviews with CSAs and Trainers.
  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring procedures like Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries, Past Due Account Management, and Trainer Schedule are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, operationally sound facility that aligns with DOGPOUND's high standards.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new employees to integrate them into DOGPOUND's culture and operational values.
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance to build a strong, high-performing team.
  • Drive operational improvements and revenue growth through innovation and team collaboration.

Events

  • Plan and execute monthly studio events and promotions.
