GENERAL MANAGER

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversees the daily operation of the cooperative and provides general direction, supervision and control over all officers and staff of the cooperative;
2. Formulates short-term and medium-term plans and programs;
3. Represents the cooperative in any agreement, contract or business transaction as may be authorized by the board of directors;
4. Directly responsible for ensuring the compliance of the cooperative with all laws, rules and regulations;
5. Recommends any special action that may not be included in the annual plans but may further improve operations of the cooperative;
6. Ensures all internal reports require by the board are prepared and submitted on time; and
7. Performs other task which may be assigned by the board or the general assembly.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
2. Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed
3. Ability to enforce and maintain high standards, even under pressure
4. Planning and managing the company's performance.
5. Manage operations and processes within budget.
6. General and senior management skills.
7. With good interpersonal skills and ability to establish a harmonious working relationship with people at all levels

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field
2. Must be familiar with the business operation of the cooperative
3. At least two (2) years of experience in the operation cooperative or related business
