Location: Westchester, Il Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $20-$25 / hour Plus Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin’ team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing employees, delivering excellent guest service, and helping the restaurant achieve its operational and financial goals.

As the Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, support and coach team members, maintain high standards for food quality and cleanliness, and create a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create and maintain employee schedules based on business needs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain Dunkin’ standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory, control waste, and help manage food and labor costs.
• Complete cash handling and daily operational procedures accurately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety regulations.
• Motivate the team and promote a positive, respectful workplace.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback to employees.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work alongside the team during busy periods and lead by example.
• Help achieve sales, service, labor, and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer-service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
