About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in Angeles City, Pampanga. The role involves managing daily operations, leading the team, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth and profitability. The successful candidate may also handle HR, client acquisition, and other business functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and support client acquisition.
• Lead and manage staff, including HR-related matters.
• Improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor performance and report to senior leadership.
• Handle other duties as required by the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior management, preferably in outsourcing or BPO.
• Strong leadership, business operations, and financial management skills.
• Experience in client management, business development, and HR is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and business regulations is an advantage.
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
