General Manager

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on driving performance and inspiring people? We’re hiring a General Manager to take charge of daily operations, team development, and strategic execution. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts coach, decision-maker, and problem-solver.
Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting

• Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience

• Lead and inspire a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our members and staff

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our mission and drive business growth

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and innovation

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost-effective improvements

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for everyone

• Build strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience with us

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in a management or leadership role

• Tech-savviness and comfort using management platforms or tools

• Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum

• Sales-driven and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and dedicated to building long-term client relationships

• Experience in leading and managing teams in a dynamic environment

• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals

• Proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and increasing profitability

• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team of fitness professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and staff

• Ability to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-effective improvements

• Experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in a fitness setting is a plus, but not required
