Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food service industry, particularly in quick service and casual dining environments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee food preparation and handling to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Conduct interviews and hire new staff members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate catering services and special events as needed.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
