General Manager

Let’s face it – we’ve got one life to live and a lot of that life is spent working. Why not spend your time helping others in a place where you can escape judgement and just be you?

Our mantra at Planet Fitness is “The World Judges, We Don’t.” It’s something we faithfully follow so we can live, play, and work in a Judgement Free Zone. By letting this be our guide, we’ve built a great environment focused on a team concept and keep filling it with people who are high-energy, have a strong work ethic, and operate with a high level of integrity. We are a team of leaders that genuinely want to help our colleagues and customers become the best version of themselves they want to be.

Ultimately, we want everyone to feel empowered by knowing the success of our Planet is based on the entire team performing our roles with purpose and a positive attitude that will inspire others. We value employees and show it by offering competitive pay plus bonus potential, health benefits, and paid-time-off. We also believe in developing our people and promoting from within whenever possible.

As General Manager, you will lead the successful day-to-day operations at our Graham club, but also assist in developing the next generation of leaders. You will have a hand in shaping our team so we can give our members an exceptional experience by promoting unrivaled cleanliness, customer service, and atmosphere.

This is a great opportunity to establish yourself as a top performer and leader by showcasing your ability to: apply the solid management skills you’ve gained so far, learn our business model, and consistently provide the superior customer service skills you’re known for.

If you are a natural-born leader with at least two years of prior experience overseeing a team of at least 7 people, and want to be an integral part of improving the lives of others, we would love to speak with you. Apply today!
