General Manager

Job Title: Division Manager – Kauai

Location: Kauai, HI
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lead our Kauai operation

Menehune Water Company is a locally based Hawaii company, and we’re looking for a Division Manager to run our Kauai Division. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operation on the island, including the team, production, customer service, and division finances, and you’ll report directly to our President & CEO. This is a role for a hands-on leader who can work independently and wants real ownership of an operation.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations of the Kauai Division
• Supervise, assign, and review the work of division personnel
• Coordinate administrative, production, customer service, and support functions
• Monitor customer orders, production schedules, materials, and operational records
• Oversee invoices, payments, bank deposits, expense reports, and other financial activities
• Assist with annual budgeting and monitor division expenses
• Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and operational documentation
• Establish and maintain efficient work procedures and operating standards
• Resolve customer service, retention, and fulfillment issues
• Coordinate with sales personnel, independent contractors, vendors, and the corporate office
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and corporate standards
• Use independent judgment to resolve daily operational issues, escalating complex matters to the President & CEO

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to obtain OSHA/HIOSH certification
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of business operations, production processes, and workplace safety
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
• A track record of finding ways to improve efficiency and operations

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Evening or weekend work may be required, sometimes on short notice
