Overview:

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a people-oriented workplace while developing and expanding our markets. Your leadership will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our cafes, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and fostering exceptional customer experiences across both existing and new markets. Proven Leadership in a People-Centric Environment: Extensive experience in leadership within the food and beverage industry, particularly in managing multiple locations where people development and customer satisfaction are central.

Maintaining Excellence: Uphold high standards of product quality, consistency, and presentation across all cafes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.

Driving Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, enhance profitability, and expand into new markets, guided by a commitment to both operational excellence and a people-first approach.
