General Manager

Oversee daily business operations and ensure overall companyperformance and efficiency

Develop, implement, and review business strategies alignedwith organisational objectives

Lead, manage, and supervise management and operational teamsacross departments

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting,forecasting, and cost control

Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and businessdevelopment initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards,and local regulatory requirements

Work closely with key stakeholders, partners, and serviceproviders

Report to directors/shareholders and support long-termplanning and business expansion initiatives

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role,preferably at senior management level

Strong leadership, organisational, and people managementskills

Solid understanding of business operations, financialmanagement, and strategic planning

Ability to make sound business decisions and manage multiplepriorities effectively

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to workindependently

Familiarity with the local business environment andregulatory framework is an advantage
