General Manager

• Operations Oversight: Manage and coordinate all departments—including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, maintenance, and security—to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Financial Management: Oversee profit and loss (P&L) statements, build and monitor operating budgets, drive revenue growth, and control expenses.
• Guest Relations & Reputation: Maintain high service standards, greet guests, inspect facilities, and handle escalated complaints or online reviews.
• Human Resources & Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff while building a positive workplace culture.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Approve marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, group bookings, and event plans to maximise occupancy.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local health, fire, safety, labor, and licensing laws.
