Now we’re looking for a General Manager to lead the team and take this restaurant to new heights.

This is a big job and a rewarding one. You’ll set the tone on every shift, build a team that’s proud to work here, and run a restaurant that guests keep coming back to.

• Take the lead. You know hospitality inside out and can lead a team to success on every single shift, busy or quiet.
• Guide your team. You’ll develop your people so they can deliver our aim while excelling in their own careers and learning. You love bringing out the best in everyone and feel genuinely proud when they succeed.
• Care about the business. You’re commercially savvy, always looking for ways to get more from your restaurant, and driven to push it further.
