The General Manager will oversee the establishment's overall operations, coordinate staff and departments, monitor performance, ensure the delivery of quality service, and support management in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment.
• Supervise managers, supervisors, and other staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily activities.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain workplace discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Oversee inventory and stock management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with management on business strategies and targets.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and organized working environment.

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar senior management position.
• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, lounge, club, or hotel operations is an advantage.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant office applications.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and responsibilities.
• Must be smart, professional, disciplined, and presentable.
• Must be responsible, honest, trustworthy, and accountable.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.
