• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
• Ensure compliance with company's employer branding guidelines and maintain a positive public image through corporate communication.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
