General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and provide direction to the sales team.
• Coordinate with factory teams and visit the  facility twice a week.
• Handle client meetings, relationship management, and business coordination.
• Oversee administrative and HR-related activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and support basic monthly P&L analysis.
• Ensure effective communication and smooth coordination across teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales and operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, email-writing, and decision-making skills.
• Modern, adaptable, and proactive approach to management.
• Ability to manage large teams and work across multiple functions.
