Job Summary

Swiss Infra Ventures (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee business operations, manage teams, coordinate projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of company activities across Thrissur, Palakkad, and Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations and project activities.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinate with department heads, site teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and motivate employees to improve productivity and accountability.
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Identify business opportunities and support business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Managing Director.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor activities across Thrissur, Palakkad, and Kochi.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination between the management, office, and site teams.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good knowledge of project management and business operations.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities across locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
• Willingness to travel between company offices and project sites as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA or B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in management, operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling teams, managing operations, and achieving organizational targets.
