Business Development /Costing /Tender Participation/Attend Kick of meetings
Prepare Operational Performance Standard(OPS) & Maintenance Manual
Oversee the operational budget, ensure cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation across multiple projects
Lead/develop /mentor a high-performing O&M team, promoting a collaborative, safety-focused work culture
