Job Summary

Ox Club is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and business management skills and be comfortable managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and overall business performance
• Lead, supervise, and support restaurant staff across all departments
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance
• Monitor budgets, sales, operating costs, and financial performance
• Manage inventory, purchasing, supplies, and supplier relationships
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service concerns professionally
• Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and workplace standards

Requirements

• Previous General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high service standards
