General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee overall business operations, sales, production, projects, finance, HR, and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily business operations and departmental activities.
• Develop business strategies and achieve company targets.
• Lead sales, marketing, production, and project teams.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and business performance.
• Ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Report business performance and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project management.
• Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, sales growth, and operational management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
