GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements: Experienced in the security industry, preferably with a strong background in security guard management and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Guard Management

   • Supervise and manage security guards to ensure smooth daily operations.
   • Arrange guard deployment according to site requirements and client needs.
   • Monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and compliance with company procedures.

2. Armed Security Guard Scheduling

   • Plan and arrange schedules for armed security guards according to operational requirements.
   • Ensure adequate staffing, shift coverage, and proper handovers.
   • Ensure all armed guards hold valid licences and comply with applicable laws and security regulations.

3. Nepalese Security Guard Management

   • Coordinate the deployment and placement of Nepalese security guards at designated sites.
   • Manage duty rosters, attendance, accommodation, transportation, and other logistical arrangements where required.
   • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure proper documentation and compliance with employment and immigration requirements.

4. Overall Security Operations

   • Oversee daily security operations and resolve staffing or operational issues.
   • Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and management.
   • Ensure sufficient manpower, efficient scheduling, and high standards of security service.
   • Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to security management.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a security firm, preferably in a managerial position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and manpower-planning skills.
• Experience managing general security guards, armed guards, and Nepalese security personnel.
• Ability to handle scheduling, deployment, and operational challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of applicable security industry regulations and licensing requirements.
