What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing P&L, operational efficiency, budgeting and business growth
- Formulating business growth strategy
- Leading, directing and evaluating all divisions
- Overseeing governance, financial compliance and risk management
- Reporting business performance periodically to the BOD
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Engineering (MBA/S2 is a plus)
- At least 5 years of experience in the same industry
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Manager / BM position
- Proven track record in financial literacy, risk management & scaling up
- Proven success in leading teams, increasing profitability, or managing national/regional scale projects
- Executive leadership, high-level negotiation, problem solving, decision making & visionary
