Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Oversee packaging operations, including BOPP and woven sack manufacturing.
• Handle manpower effectively to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in general management, preferably in flexible packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of Bopp, Flexible Packaging, and Woven Sack manufacturing processes.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence through process improvements and cost reductions.
