Job Summary

One Stop Immigration Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead multi-branch operations, business growth, team performance and process excellence. Candidates should have relevant experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, Overseas Recruitment or Work Abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Porbandar, Anand and upcoming Gujarat branches.

• Develop strategies for business growth, client acquisition and operational efficiency.

• Lead Branch Heads, Department Leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Set and monitor KPIs, targets and performance metrics and drive corrective actions.

• Develop and standardise SOPs, workflows and operational processes.

• Oversee visa/immigration operations, documentation, case handling and escalations.

• Manage complex client concerns and maintain service quality and transparency.

• Build relationships with international employers, recruitment partners, immigration professionals and vendors.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and talent development.

• Lead operational planning and launch readiness for new branches.

• Prepare management reports and performance insights for senior leadership.

• Coordinate across Operations, Visa Processing, Counselling, Recruitment, Marketing, Finance, HR and Administration.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant industry experience.

Strong experience in Immigration / Visa Consultancy / Overseas Recruitment.

Proven multi-branch or multi-team management experience.

Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.

Experience with KPI Management, SOP Development and Process Optimisation.

Excellent stakeholder and people-management skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

MBA/PGDM required.
