Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership:

• Oversee daily operations across all locations and ensure smooth, efficient business performance.
• Translate company objectives into clear operational plans, targets, and KPIs.
• Drive sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor performance and ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs and service procedures.
• Support senior management on business expansion, new initiatives, and strategic projects.

Team Management & Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and key personnel to achieve business objectives.
• Set performance expectations and monitor staff performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and workforce planning in collaboration with HR.
• Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles.

Financial & Control Management:

• Monitor sales, costs, financial performance and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with Accounts to strengthen financial controls, accountability and profitability.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, food and labour costs, wastage and operating expenses.
• Implement measures to minimize theft, fraud, wastage, stock losses and other operational risks.
• Monitor pricing, promotions and product performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
• A Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in operations or general management, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or distribution sector.
• Proven experience managing teams, business operations and multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of sales, inventory management, budgeting and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency and achieve targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools.
• Strong organisational skills, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
