The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, have a positive attitude, and deliver high-quality training sessions. Daily responsibilities are focused around supporting club sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Member Engagement: Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed and engaged.
• Club Performance: Oversee overall financial performance and creatively drive growth within the fitness franchise.
• Sales Leadership: Achieve sales goals for memberships and personal training.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best every day.
• Community Outreach: Organize events to build community awareness and attract new memberships.
• Facility Standards: Ensure that equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000 base plus commission

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 11 AM - 7 PM
• Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM ( When working Saturday's)
• Saturday: 9 AM- 12 PM ( Two Saturdays per month)
