About Us

We are a growing creative studio specializing in Game Art, 2D/3D Production, Animation, and Digital Content Services . As we continue expanding our business, we are looking for a commercially minded leader who can bridge business opportunities, production capabilities, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities across gaming, animation, digital content, advertising, and creative industries.
• Identify, approach, and manage potential clients from lead generation to project closing.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.
• Work closely with production teams to evaluate project scope, resource allocation, schedules, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor project profitability, utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate between the Indonesia studio and Taiwan headquarters.
• Support studio growth through business planning, reporting, and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Studio Management, or related roles.
• Experience in Game Development, Creative Agencies, Animation, VFX, Digital Production, or related industries.
• Strong client acquisition, proposal, pricing, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of creative production workflows, including 2D Art, 3D Art, Animation, or related production pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin Chinese.
• Existing network within Indonesia's gaming, creative, or digital industries is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing revenue targets, budgets, or P&L.
• Experience working with international clients or regional teams.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and creative production business models.
• Previous experience in a Game Art Studio, Animation Studio, Production House, or Creative Agency.

• 負責新客戶開發、提案、報價、合約洽談及客戶關係維護。
• 建立業務開發流程與銷售管道，提升外部案件占比。
• 與製作團隊協作，評估專案人力、成本、時程及報價策略。
• 管理專案毛利、資源配置及產能利用率。
• 主導工作室營運管理及跨部門溝通協調。
• 作為印尼團隊與台灣總部的重要溝通窗口。
• 定期提供業務開發及營運分析報告。

應徵條件

• 5-10年 Business Development、Account Manager、Studio Manager 或相關經驗。
• 具遊戲、動畫、創意代理商、VFX 或數位內容產業經驗佳。
• 熟悉客戶開發、提案、報價及商務談判流程。
• 了解創意製作流程（2D、3D、動畫等）與專案管理概念。
• 具備良好的英文、印尼語及中文溝通能力。
• 具印尼當地產業人脈與客戶資源者優先考慮。
• 具營收目標管理、預算或損益管理經驗尤佳。
