General Manager – Grappa Bar Restaurant, Sheffield

Grappa Bar Restaurant is looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and continue building our reputation for outstanding food, service, and atmosphere in Sheffield.

You’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant while leading, supporting, and inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and motivate front and back of house teams
• Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies
• Maintain excellent standards of service and presentation
• Drive performance and uphold the Grappa Bar brand values

You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality
• The ability to stay calm, professional, and proactive under pressure
